First Step: Download the Drivers

Second Step: Installing Drivers
If the file is a .exe, then it is pretty straightforward.

of the printer. Now click Next.

Now enter the IP address >
Next > Finish

After that, click on Have disk… and
visit the location where you extracted the drivers. Finally, choose your
driver.

For Existing Printer:
1.
Click on Start > Search > type
devices. Now choose Devices and Printers/Printers and Scanners.

Now select Add Printer > The
printer that I want isn’t listed > Next. after that, choose to Add a
local printer or network printer with manual settings.
3.
Next, choose to Use an existing
port and then select your printer’s port.
4.
Finally, click on Have disk… and
visit the location where you extracted the drivers. Then select your driver.
